My Experience With Avelle (Bag, Borrow, or Steal)

All the talk about Avelle/Bag, Borrow, or Steal finally got the best of me, and I signed up for a membership to try it out. Who doesn't want to borrow some fabulous sunglasses or a great bag just for a bit? Especially when your budget doesn't normally cover such expenses.
The first thing I dropped into my cart was the Tom Ford Whitney sunglasses. Aren't they divine? $31/weekly or $90/month. They retail for $360.

The bag I got was a Lulu Guiness which is no longer available.

Both items arrived in gorgeous condition, almost new. They were packed well, with lots of padding, and came in their original bags. Clearly, they had been well cared for.

I kept the items for my month, and when I was ready to send them back, I was able to log on to the site, print out a prepaid shipping label, pack them up in the box they came in (lovingly saying goodbye, especially to the sunglasses), and called UPS for a pickup. It was extremely simple.

The best part about being a member of Avelle? The AMAZING deals you get from their clearance pages. Check these out:

Botkier "Stevie" Satchel. On clearance for $385.

Moschino Leopard Print Bag, $315. Just love this one.

I'm totally happy with my membership, and will be using them in the future, especially for special events.
