Sometimes we have to shop what we have. We can't always be running off to big cities when we live in the 'burbs, so we turn to the local mall. One of the largest stores in my local mall is Charlotte Russe, and I've never done much shopping there. However, I've put together a little set around an adorable dress that I ran across.
