Another Product in the Eye Arsenal: EyeLighter by Cargo

While Cargo's EyeLighter isn't a staple, it's a great addition to any beauty junkie's toolbox. Works really well to brighten up eyes using a shimmer powder for the inner corner and a matte powder for the brow and lower lash line. Super easy to use, and very effective. The shimmer powder is very similar to Benefit's Miss Popularity, but this product is cheaper and includes the matte powder for additional brightening.
