While it's called a gel, Fresh Lotus Eye Gel really isn't. It's more like a light lotion that goes on very smoothly and feels quite light.
I've long since given up on anything that claims to solve my undereye problems. I don't really look for a quick fix for my undereye circles or the puffiness that I always seem to have. So while all of these are claimed, I don't really pay much attention to it. I'm always looking for a good undereye moisturizer that isn't overly heavy, and this one fits the bill nicely.
As a bonus, it did seem to help those "signs of fatigue" that I was experiencing. I credit my concealer with helping with the dark circles, but I will give credit where it's due with the puffiness - it really did seem to help, quite a bit actually.
It has a nice scent of cucumbers, and you'll probably like it quit a bit. However, it is a bit of the pricey side: about $48 for 1.5 mL.
Definitely a splurge for some high end skin care.
