There are two things going on here that just don't work. The first is the lip color - I'm not sure if that's a gloss or what, but it totally washes her out and makes her teeth look stained. Es no bueno.
The next thing is the harsh white eyeliner on the waterline of her lower lashes. If I can see a white line on your eyes, it's not making your eyes look bigger, it's making you look like you wear clown makeup.
